Telugu Actress Hema Sent To 14-day Judicial Custody In Bengaluru Rave Party Case
Actress Hema was arrested in connection with Bengaluru Rave Party after questioning by the Central Crime Branch. She was summoned by the police on Monday, June 1. She was presented in the court on June 5. Hema allegedly accused the police and said that they took her to a forest in the middle of the night and made her sign some papers. She also lashed at the reporters while entering the court complex and asked whether she committed any murder. Hema had been ordered to remain in judicial custody till June 14. Following this, she will be sent to Bengaluru Central Prison at Parappana Agrahara. The order was passed by Salma AS, Fourth Additional Civil and JMPC Judge, Sanekal Court. During the arrest, she created a scene when she started shouting that she had not done anything wrong.
Hema claims that she went to the party to cut the cake and came back. She also said that she posted the biryani video from her house. She was served with two notices for questioning. Hema arrived at the CCB office in Bengaluru wearing a burqa. After interrogation and medical tests at KC General Hospital, the actress was arrested by CCB. She also claimed that all the news shown by the media is wrong and she is innocent.
